INTRODUCTION

Timeless Chess, also known as Checkmate, is a strategic board game adored for its complexity and skill. Use a 64-square checkered board to position your pieces and trap your opponent's king in a checkmate position. With thoughtful calculations and tactical moves, outwit your adversary and claim victory.


GUIDELINES

  1. Setup:
  • The chessboard is set up with pieces in an initial position.
  • Each player has sixteen pieces, including one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns.
  1. Gameplay:
  • Develop Strategy: Plan your moves to control the board and protect your king.
  • Capture Opponent's Pieces: Strategically eliminate your opponent's pawns and pieces, diminishing their forces.
  • Advance Pawns: Grow your pawns' reach to create threats and open up opportunities for attack.
  • Use special moves like Castling, En Passant, and Promotion to your advantage.

  • Checkmate your opponent's king, leaving them with no legal moves.
